From primary schools to colleges and personal development the company supports all stages of education via a range of emotive methods including factory tours, career talks, work placements and on-site training.
Pegler ensures that all stages of education are catered for by creating engagement with schools and colleges. Pegler Ambassadors visit primary schools to develop engagement and nurture key skills within the classroom and actively supports work placements for college students to gain experience in a career setting in departments such as New Product Development and Marketing.
Pegler also supports the National Apprenticeship Scheme and offers opportunities in a variety of disciplines and at varying levels of the scheme to encourage training and long term career prospects in both practical and more academic skill based roles within the business, particularly championing the manufacturing aspect of the business.
